The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is YOUROPA Portugal, with registered office at Av. da Boavista 2438, 4100-409 Porto, Portugal.

YOUROPA collects Personal Data through its website, particularly when users make reservations, request information, or subscribe to communications, as well as through partner platforms or in person during check-in. The processing of Personal Data is carried out for purposes directly related to the provision of our services, including the management of reservations, execution and termination of rental agreements, communication with Hosts (property owners), compliance with legal obligations, and the distribution of satisfaction surveys. Personal Data may be shared with third parties only when strictly necessary, particularly with public authorities, service providers contractually bound to YOUROPA, or the Hosts themselves, always in compliance with the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Under no circumstances will Personal Data be used for purposes other than those for which it was collected or for which the Data Subject has given consent.
YOUROPA is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and security of Personal Data, adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse
